Not many of you will have heard of the Centre for Mobile Cognition (CMC). But the work they do to help us understand our day-to-day brain activity is anything but obscure.  Which is why, with our help, they’re breaking out of the lab…

Aided by portable technologies, the CMC at the University of Stirling, is taking its experimental work into the real world. Put simply, tracking brain activity when people are going about their daily lives provides a more accurate picture  - from simply walking around to hanging out with friends or doing serious exercise.

It’s a subject that’s as vital as it is fascinating and we think our site provides the perfect hub to help collate and share the CMC’s boundary-pushing research. We’d love to see what our brains looked like after a busy week in the studio…
