Design Forum @ Architecture and Design Scotland

October 22nd, 2013

Architecture and Design Scotland (A+DS) is Scotland's champion for excellence in architecture, place-making and planning. Recently, the Design Forum launched their new website:

The new website includes a comprehensive overview website and distinct mini-site: Àite, which means 'place' in Gaelic. All content is fully manageable with the website having been developed on the Symfony Framework.

The mini site allows users to browse a fully-managed set of projects, which cover the forum's Quality of Place section. Each project features details on the architecture, imagery and the ability to print out PDF books based upon dynamic content.

The Briefing Resource section allows users to browse and save images to their online 'scrapbook'. The user's collection of images can then be edited before printing the scrapbook or saving the results as a PDF.
